This web page focuses on developments coming out of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.  Like most things concerning the Federal Circuit, this blog focuses generally on patent law issues, but touches on other areas of the court's jurisdiction at times.

We expect the primary posts to the blog to take one of two forms:  (1) summaries of various Federal Circuit decisions; and (2) helpful listings/summaries of patent law.  We will also comment from time-to-time on other types of decisions from the Federal Circuit, and on intellectual property issues from throughout the land.  

This blog is an academic pursuit, and nothing on its should be considered to reflect the views of Fish & Richardson or it clients.  We will be conservative in the sort of commentary we post, and you should not cite any of the content here in court or elsewhere against Fish & Richardson or its clients.
