There are three really good legal blogs: The Volokh Conspiracy, How Appealing, and Patent Pending. The first two are serious and informative; the last, entirely irreverant. Now it looks like Patent Pending, which tracks the adventures of a NYC junior patent litigation associate who calls himself Incompetent Attorney (IA), is no longer with us. At least we finally get to see the face of IA; looks like a fun guy. I'm sad to see him go.
